袴のお着付

卒業式に、習い事の発表会に袴をお召しになられる方もいらっしゃいます。
女性の場合は、二尺袖と呼ばれる長めの袖の着物をお召しになることが一般的ですが、振袖や訪問着、付け下げ、色無地、江戸小紋、小紋などの着物で袴をお召しになることもできます。
専用の袴下と呼ばれる帯か半巾帯を結んだ上に袴を着けます。
男性の場合は、黒紋付や色紋付、紬などに角帯を結んだ上に袴を着ければ改まった装いとなります。
